Was recommended to try Aquity Eye Group by a friend and I'm so glad I did!! I originally came here for new glasses but have now just scheduled to come back in a year for my next eye exam. Melissa and Diana are the absolute sweetest people and made me feel so welcome. Any questions of mine were kindly answered and I didn't feel rushed with anything. Super friendly and casual experience overall and I'm in love with my new glasses!! They even came with a complimentary case/cleaning cloth and was able to purchase a huge bottle of cleaning spray for only $8 that actually won't ruin my glasses. Very long review but they deserve it. Can't wait to come back next year!!

After considerable difficulty dealing with appointing through the 800 number, I visited the site today and had the most comprehensive eye exam I have ever had. The support staff is competent and pleasant, and Dr. Schultz was outstanding. And I left with my next appointment scheduled and a smile on my face.

Doctors are competent and professional. The staff is very friendly.
The reason for 3 stars is you always have to wait a minimum of 30 minutes past your appointment time. In fact, 30 minutes is a pretty short wait! I don’t know, I assume they must over schedule?

I got my prescription at another doctor's office, and I bought my eye glasses at acuity eye group. Melissa went over and beyond to help me with my eye glasses, because I had a progressive lens I had to go back to the other eye doctor to have them change the prescription because they were too strong. she was very patient and understanding. She is very accommodating helping me pick out my glasses and adjusting them. The staff is also very friendly and nice. ?

I brought in a family member for a diabetic eye exam and was greeted and helped by the most caring, sweetest person named "Diana" ❤️ her demeanor was very kind and compassionate and had a good sense of time especially with the other guests I noticed that were there to be seen also besides ourselves. She made the visit go fast and didn't seem like we were their for long waiting for the doctor to be seen. Thank you staff members ? ?
