I have been coming here for years for my contact lenses and glasses. My prescription has gotten worse over the years but I always feel at peace here because Dr. Tisdale attentively listens and helps me. He makes sure that I am happy with my new prescriptions and gives me samples so I can try them for at least a couple of weeks.

Their staff is very nice. Rudy has been my favorite. He is smart and sweet with excellent customer service.

I’ve been going here for years and have nothing but positive things to say. The sitting area is spacious, open, and not the normal sterile office waiting room. My doctor has been great and they are knowledgeable about working with insurance. Always a great experience. Definitely would recommend!

For my first time coming to do an Eye Exam I loved it . The space felt relaxing .The staff were very friendly and very patient with me whenever I asked questions . They also made good conservation with me to make me feel more comfortable which I enjoyed talking to them . I enjoyed Dr. Pauline routine of being straight forward and being honest on what I needed and didn’t need . My overall experience met my expectations since I’m very specific on how I like to be treated as a patient/ person. Thank you 🙂

I cannot say enough great things about LIC Vision. During my first visit the doctor thoroughly explained my prescription and how I had been over prescribed by other doctors for the past 6 years. I can see far better now that it has been corrected. The staff was helpful and kind and the office was stunning with an impressive range of luxury frames available to look through. My experience with LIC Vision Associates PLLC and staff has been very satisfactory to all my personal needs as well as vision care.

Ruty the in-house Optical Technician took his time to help me pick the right frame according to my face features and prescription. He gave me a lot of options to choose from in accordance to my personal taste.

I am very happy with LIC Vision Associates PLLC services, labor, knowledge and time invested in my prescription glasses.
