La atención del doctor Casagrande de lo mejor,es una persona muy amable y respetuoso,muy generoso y comprensivo.Por eso lleve ahy a mi papá de 85 años, porque lo trato muy bien.Gracias al doctor por todo y a su gran equipo.

Loved my visit today with the Dr. He is so very kind, gentle and so welcoming. I also loved working with Sherry on my new glasses. She is certainly a asset to the company. Oh and I almost forgot one of the receptionists. First one today as you enter, extremely helpful. Well maybe I should just say everyone was wonderful. Thank you

Fast service, 5 min wait to start testing. Tech very personable and genuine. OD Dr B was great, she was attentive, answered questions, genuinely showed concern for medical matter with explanation referring to MD. Relaxed but professional demeanor. Optical - J also great, he was prepared and patient with questions and answers! Would highly recommend for your optometry needs.

The doctor & the check-in staff are excellent!! I rate them 5 star for customer service. They are kind, friendly, & easy to talk to. The office is well organized & very clean. They have a great system that is easy & efficient.
However, my issue was with the lady that I had to see for purchasing my contacts- I GIVE HER A 1 STAR. She was awful and I left upset with her poor customer service.
She was rattling off the numbers for the cost of everything without even asking me what I wanted- for one I felt rushed. She was bent on trying to sell me the most expensive set of contacts and even tried to sell me glasses, which i was not due for this year. She never let me how much my insurance would cover until I had asked, but I had to interrupt her because she was going over so much information so quickly. She did state that my contacts applied for a rebate, but I was not interested in buying a years worth of Contacts at $900. Once I stated that I just wanted to purchase the amount of contacts that my insurance covered, her attitude changed even more. She went on to tell me that I was going to be spending so much more money in the end. For one, I do not need to be educated on finances from someone that is trying to make some type of spiff off of a sale. Second, I don’t appreciate trying to be swindled by her quick method of unloading a bunch of numbers at me, and her rude attitude, as if I was beneath her- just an arrogant attitude. Then I gave her my insurance benefit card that had some money left on it and she comes back in tells me in a rude tone that my card declined. At this point, I was more irritated and now embarrassed. I ended up paying with a different card. In the end, she asked me if I had any other questions for her. I said ‘nope’ and left upset.
It’s worth noting that as I was waiting to be seen by the eye doctor, I had witnessed her rudely talking to other patients, it wasn’t just me. I’m not sure if she was having a bad day or this is how she normally operates. However, she really needs some training in customer service skills because even on your worst day, you do not treat customers that are spending their hard earned money for a service that way.

Best experience for eye exam and ordering our glasses. Staff was very nice, professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Checking in was very easy, fairly quick, especially since this was our first time. The appointment prep employee was great. He was very professional, very friendly, and very quick. Dr. Casagrande was excellent. He was very friendly, very knowledgeable, very professional, and a great source of information as to what he was doing during our eye exam. During and after the exam, he explained in easy to understand language what he did, and what the results are. We wish we had found him years ago to do our eye exams. While we did not expect to buy our new glasses from them, but the assistance we received from employees working at the product area was so good, we decided to see what it would cost to get our glasses from there. We were very pleased with the price, and especially the service. My wife and I are in our 60s so it was nice to have the staff treat us so well. We will come back here from now on.
