During my one-week business trip to New York, the nose pads on my new glasses broke accidentally, leaving me quite distressed in having to carry on with a default glasses for the rest of my trip. Thankfully, I discovered Optical 10/10, where the staff was so accommodating and had offered to repair my glasses swiftly in just a few minutes. When I was ready to pay, I was told there was no charge. Their kindness and efficient service really saved my day, if not my entire trip!

Even though neither my friends nor I have ever purchased glasses from Optical 10/10 before, I'm confident that their proven generosity and first-rate customer care will make an exceptional experience to any prospective customers in doing business with them! I have formerly used CA based online glass giant for all my cheap needs but my Boss highly spoke of this place 10/10 Optics on Madison and 26th and he also sponsored my first super expensive glass. My boss was 100% right. Doctor Chen and his teams are absolutely great. They paid so much attention to my first glass from them. The choosing frame on their recommendation was seamless, letting me to make the decision was most accommodating, fair pricing was the top notch that one will not find in most expensive city in the world. This glass from them was the most comfortable glass I have ever worn in this life time and I would absolute go back to them and get a second one soon. 10/10 Optics is the place to go if you want unique eyeglass frames made just for you. They have a wide assortment of frames, the staff is phenomenal especial Jesus who helps me pick out the right frames that fit my personality. I highly recommend 10/10 Optics.

For various reasons, I wanted to change my go-to optical shop. The moment I walked into 10/10 Optics, I could tell this was a special place. I was immediately greeted by the store's owner, Ruth, and worked with Steve, one of their opticians. The frame variety and selection is stunning. Initially, I had them add nose pads to three of my existing frames (how often does an optical shop offer that service?), and yesterday, I purchased a new frame made by DeLoor, a company I was previously unaware of. So colorful, but not over the top. I needed some custom/longer temples for this frame, and Ruth met this request with aplomb. This store has something for everyone, and as someone who invests in quality eyewear, I appreciate having their collective expertise, fashion sense, and standard of excellence here in NYC. Thanks 10/10 Optics—can't wait to pick up my new DeLoor frame in a few weeks!
